chef de partie (main kitchen) and Pastry chef de partie required in the Crowley / Horley area for a good quality Hotel and fresh food restaurant, which is of a good rosette level. This role within the main kitchen serves up 2 rosette level dishes. Chef de partie £29-32k package. This kitchen will look great for your career on your CV. The food is all fresh and you be using good produce.
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie for a hotel in the main kitchen, you will prep your fridge, cooking to a rosette level, have your fridge ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
This kitchen is also looking for a pastry chef de partie for the pastry section.
Experience
we are looking for a main kitchen chef de partie and a pastry chef de partie from a fresh food background, cooked to a rosette level and passion for amazing food.
