Our client is a contract caterer who run a staff restaurant within a well-known site in Newquay. As part of a large business, there is plenty of opportunity for future career progression!
What's involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will be involved in the service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast lunch & dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day.
Shift patterns range between 5am - 6.30pm on a rota basis. Weekends are included in your rotas and it is expected that you work every other weekend.
