Description:

My client is a 4* boutique hotel located in the Solihull area who is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their lively kitchen team, bringing new ideas to their exceptional menu.

The duties and responsibilities of the Chef de Partie will be:  

Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to set standards, providing quality and consistency.   
Maintaining high standards of food quality & presentation within the kitchen team 
Operating and participating in the smooth running of the kitchen, being competent in running your own section/buffets 
To be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all kitchen equipment.   

The ideal Chef de Partie will:  

Be approachable, organised and consistent.
Ideally will have cooked to rosette standard.
Be reliable and hard working.
Be confident and willing to learn.

Due to location, candidate will need to drive or have access to their own transport.

Chef de Partie Job Type: Full-time, Permanent   

Salary: £25k-£28k per annum 

Schedule: 45 hours, 5/7 days
