We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a busy, fresh food focused, pub in Hove, East Sussex.
This small group of pub/restaurants is individually styled, serving local, seasonal high-quality food. The menu is seasonally inspired, traditional fine cuisine.

Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
* Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
* A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
* Great cooking ability
* Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
