Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a boutique hotel operation in Stirling, featuring a 40-cover AA Rosette standard restaurant and 10 premium guest bedrooms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent business focused on delivering high-quality food within a warm and approachable hospitality environment.
The Role
Working as part of a brigade of four chefs, you will run your own section, support service across the kitchen and help maintain the standards expected of an AA Rosette operation.
This role offers excellent exposure to quality fresh food cooking within a professional but supportive kitchen environment.
Flexibility
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, with options to work your hours over 4 or 5 days per week.
The Candidate
Suitable applicants may currently be working as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or Section Chef.
You will have:
* Previous professional kitchen experience
* Strong cooking and organisational skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to perform effectively during busy service periods
* Passion for quality food and hospitality
AA Rosette or fine dining experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The client is primarily seeking a talented chef with a strong attitude, good work ethic and a desire to develop.
