As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our menu items. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain the quality and consistency of our food, contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, following recipes and specifications.
•⁠ ⁠Manage and oversee a specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, bringing creative ideas to the table.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
•⁠ ⁠Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Head Chef and team to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the kitchen.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy pub kitchen environment.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
•⁠ ⁠Passion for food and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•⁠ ⁠Relevant culinary qualifications and food hygiene certification.
•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work various shifts, including breakfasts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
