Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie
Location: Nr Preston
Type: Full Time – 45 hours per week.
Salary: £30,000

We are working with a fantastic client near Preston, supporting them on their search for a talented Chef De Partie for their high-volume family restaurant.
We’re looking to speak with experienced candidates who have a background working in high volume, fresh food restaurants and who possess all round experience of working on all sections.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A willingness to work collaboratively within in a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Demonstrable experience working in a high-volume, fresh food venue with a large team.
• Able to effectively manage your designated section ensuring all meals are cooked and presented to the highest standard.
• Methodical, highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Level 3 food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
