Description:

Newstaff are currently recruiting for a Chef de partie for our client located nearby in Aylesbury. 

£14.50 per hour 
Weekly pay 
Online payslips 
Holiday allowance 
Monday 27th May start 

Rota will be 5 days out of 7 - ongoing weekly work

Main duties:

• participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
• has desire to be cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
• ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets
• ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
• ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
• ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
• to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner

Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:

• Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures
• Food Hygiene Regulations
• Health and Safety Procedures
• Current Licensing Regulations
• Method of payment
• Maintains a safe and hygienic work environment
