What's involved?
As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your own section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
Running your section during busy service periods.
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Supporting the senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional service.This role is ideal for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about fresh food, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, and is looking to continue developing their career.
