Set in one of Scotland's most iconic coastal locations, this award-winning property is recognised for its refined hospitality, exceptional seasonal food, and unique guest experience.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience within high-end kitchens
Strong classical cooking foundation with refined presentation skills
Passion for seasonal Scottish produce
Calm and organised during service
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, ambitious brigade
Full driving licence preferred due to rural location
