My client, a successful group of high quality restaurants based in Edinburgh, is currently looking for experienced Chef de Parties for their various operations in the city centre.
All the restaurants serve fresh ingredients and are predominantly serving traditional Scottish dishes.
Flexible working hours and shift patterns based on either 4 or 5 days are available.
