As a Chef de Partie with previous chef experience, you will work as part of a team under the direction of the Head Chef. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting spectacular, fine dining dishes using fresh, high quality, locally sourced ingredients for all food outlets. You will have a keen eye for detail in the food you're creating and will be able to keep calm under pressure and keep confident.
Previous restaurant experience is required for this role as well as a background of preparing and cooking fresh ingredients. You must live local to Worcester.
