Salary: £39,500 Package (including Tronc)

Run your own section during prep and service
Prepare fresh dishes to a consistently high standard

Support menu development and daily specials
Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional foodWhat we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
Organised, reliable, and a team player
