Search Consultancy Glasgow are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef De Partie to work with one of our care home clients in the Ayrshire area on a 6 month contract.
Date of Contract : August 2024 until February 2025 - could be extended.
Shift Pattern : Rolling Rota, one week you would work Tuesday Saturday and Sunday and then the next week you would work Wednesday Thursday and Friday - this just alternates each week.
Shift Times : 8am until 5pm
Rate of Pay: £ 18ph + £10 travel added on for each shift.
Please Note you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Chef De Partie and must already have a PVG to be considered for this role.
Duties
*Plan Menus
*Prepping and Cooking food and presenting high quality dishes
*Fast pace environment
*Dealing with Dietary requirements
*Helping with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
*Food Stocks
*Preparing Meat and Fish
*All temperatures of the food to be recorded and documented after each meal.
