Berry Recruitment is recruiting for a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join a busy hospitality venue in the Falmouth area.

This role is available for an immediate start and offers ongoing work for the right candidate. The kitchen operates at a high volume during peak service periods, making it suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a smooth-running service.

Key Duties

Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu specifications
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Working on the pass and coordinating orders during service
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Supporting stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver service efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Confident working the pass and managing service flow
Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitche
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
Relevant catering qualifications are advantageous but not essential
