The Role:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Chef to join us at the busy Bedgebury Pinetum & National Forest Cafe. Working as part of an enthusiastic team who run the cafe. The main duties to include:
* Daily you will organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.
* You will prepare, and present food to the highest quality.
* You will work with the manager on ordering of stock.
* Serve hot and cold food to the visiting customers
* Identifying customer requirements with allergies
* Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.
* Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning

* A willingness to learn new skills.
* A passion for catering in a busy environment.
* Experience in a kitchen environment required.
* 5 out of 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
