£13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
Learn menu items and ensure correct ingredients are available
Cook meals in a timely manner
Ensure high standards of taste and presentation
Work effectively with the kitchen team ensuring efficient and smooth operation
Inform wait staff about daily specials, promoting collaboration and synchronisation between the kitchen and the front of house team
Adhere to all hygiene and health and safety standards
Closing down the kitchen ensuring areas are clean and prep is completed for the next day Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef, with a understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to effectively communicate
A creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
