Job Title: Temporary Cook/Chef

Location: Dundee

Remuneration: Hourly rate ranging from £13 to £15

Contract Details: Temporary contract

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes, following recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure efficient and smooth running of the breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Assist with food preparation for other dining services, as required.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook/Chef, with a focus on volume production dishes (catering for approximately 30 covers).
Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch food preparation techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
