EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for an Chartered Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The Chartered Quantity Surveyor position is for an established national consultancy and in their Leeds or Manchester office working on projects in all sectors of the built environment.
The role is for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Valuations
* Cost reports
* Final accounts
* Client management
* Instructions
* Variations
* Contract administration
Requirements for Chartered Quantity Surveyor the role are:
* Minimum of 3 years experience.
* Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
* MRICS.
* Autonomously running projects.
* Consultancy experience.
