Description:

An established global consultancy is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Bristol team. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile projects across healthcare, commercial, and defence sectors in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost plans, tender documentation, and commercial reports.

Manage cost control and risk across multiple projects.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

MRICS qualified.

Previous PQS experience essential.

Strong experience in building projects, ideally within healthcare, commercial, or defence sectors.

Confident in contract management and financial reporting.
