Description:
We are working with one of the UK's most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Experts and looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team. You will be working across the commercial sectors and also provide RICS Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys across the North West.
The role includes running and managing projects, so you will need excellent communication skills along with strong leadership capability.
Essential requirements:
* MRICS/FRICS qualified
* Experience of Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, TDD/PreAcquisition Surveys, and PPMs
* Knowledge of core Building Surveying services including Party Wall Matters, RICS Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys
The firm offers a competitive salary between £35,000 - £50,000 p.a. negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus, car allowance, on-site parking, pension and 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays.
