The Role

Lead the delivery of a diverse range of building surveying commissions across both professional and project work.
Manage refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion.
Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, defect analysis and technical advisory services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business development activities.
Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.
Play an active role in the growth and success of the Bristol office and wider South West region.
About You

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
Experience gained within a consultancy or commercial property environment.
Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional surveying services.
Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to contribute to business growth.
Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing consultancy.
