Chartered Building Surveyor opportunity in London for an MRICS-qualified professional seeking broader responsibility within a commercial consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

* Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients

* Undertake condition surveys and technical reporting

* Manage contract administration responsibilities

* Support client relationship management and fee proposals

* Deliver professional surveying instructions independently

Requirements

* MRICS qualified Building Surveyor

* Relevant degree qualification

* Consultancy-based Building Surveying experience

* Experience across professional surveying instructions

* Strong commercial awareness and independent workload management

Salary & Package

* £50,000–£60,000 base salary
