A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Crawley office of this independent consultancy, providing a spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse commercial client base, predominantly made up of private sector investor clients. Person Specification:
* Chartered Building Surveyor – MRICS
* Proven experience across the commercial sector
* Broad range of experience across various projects and professional instructions.
* Strong communication skills/ client facing
Roles & Responsibilities:
With a broad workload across the commercial sector you will cover the following areas:
* Contract Administration
* Project Management
* Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services
* Party Wall
* Dilapidations
* Schedules of condition
* Specification writing
* Employers agent
Salary & Package:
Package from £45,000 – £57,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
* 15% of over-target bonus
