Description:

This Permanent Full-time position offers flexible hybrid working with regional travel and sits within a multi-disciplinary commercial property consultancy team.

Responsibilities

* Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients

* Deliver technical due diligence reporting for acquisitions, disposals and refinancing

* Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through full lifecycle delivery

* Act as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent

* Mentor Graduate Building Surveyors and support APC progression

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS qualification

* Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience

* Commercial surveying background including dilapidations and technical due diligence

* Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Salary & Package

* £50,000 - £60,000 salary

* Performance bonus
