Description:

The role combines commercial building surveying, project management, client management, and APC support responsibilities within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients

* Deliver technical due diligence surveys and reporting assignments

* Administer refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion

* Provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services

* Mentor graduate surveyors and support APC progression

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS qualification

* Minimum one year post-qualified consultancy experience

* Commercial building surveying experience including dilapidations and TDD

* Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Salary & Package

* £48,000–£60,000 basic salary

* Annual bonus up to 10%

* Flexible hybrid working
