Our client is looking for a Chartered Architect to be based in Preston
This role is based in Bamber Bridge
As Lead Architect you will design, project manage and deliver a broad range of exciting building related projects.
You will be able to undertake the design, specification, and project management of building projects in a lead role. You will lead multidisciplinary Design Teams on projects from initial conception through to detailed design, tender and delivery on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the quality expectations of Clients.
The salary is negotiable based on experience
Pay is £50000 to £60000
