Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD)
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £44,500 per annum plus enhancements & £5000.00 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Merco Medical have partnered with a leading healthcare provider that offers individualised treatment and care for up service users with mental health needs. In their search for top talent and to join a new team in a purpose built facility, we are now recruiting a permanent, full time Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD).
Position Overview:
As an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD) you will join a service dedicated to making a difference to patients lives every day. We will support you as you grow and develop your own skills and talents. You will lead by example and be a role model in the team, sharing best practice and your knowledge.
Key Requirements:
Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
Enthusiastic, approachable and keen to support your peers
Able to make decisions and take on challenges
Relevant clinical experience
A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
