A nursing home in the Aberdeenshire area is currently looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Charge Nurse to join their team.
Details of this Charge Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD vacancy and what the home is offering:
Competitive hourly pay rates of £20.58, which is the equivalent to £42,800 per annum
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Working 40 hours on days shifts on a permanent contract
Paid breaks
2 nursing shifts and 2 supernumerary shifts
Fantastic support in training and developmentAs Charge Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD you will lead the shift, coordinate care, and support junior nursing staff, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the home.

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
Previous leadership experience within a UK nursing home
Good clinical knowledge and understanding
Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Able to work effectively in a team as well as individually when needed
