Channel Partner Marketing Manager required for our client a global financial technology company.

The Payments and FinTech industry is one of the highest growth, most competitive industries right now and our client has a very strong position (and also an incredibly impressive set of aggressive competitors).

In this role you will join an existing team of strong marketers serving an extremely valuable partner segment with enormous room for growth. The partner marketing function is poised to deliver huge value to the organization as they continue to scale their approach, leveraging their brand to drive merchant adoption of our client with partners. This is a role with complexity and is full of intellectual challenges. It will require mental agility and the ability to collaborate closely with partners to connect with target merchants via the right programs and messages at the right time.

This a remote role with occasional travel to London expected. Also with occasional travel to Paris!

Key Responsibilities

Support our clients SMB business growth by driving adoption of their products by SMB merchants on partner platforms
Support the regional Channel Partner Sales team by helping to identify and prioritize co-marketing opportunities, as well as executing scalable marketing programs to help drive partner revenue and merchant KPIs
Work with a portfolio of channel partners (e-commerce platforms, accounting solutions, PSPs etc.), enabling them to run impactful joint marketing initiatives (merchant acquisition, upsell, cross-sell) in their channels, across multiple EMEA markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES and others)
Review marketing content developed by partners, share learnings and best practices, provide feedback and guidance to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Help create scalable marketing content (toolkits), relevant to EMEA markets, leveraging best practices and learning from past campaigns, in order to increase the scale of their partner marketing program in the region
Collaborate with other teams within our clients business (SMB marketing, lifecycle marketing, website etc.) to incorporate partner-related inputs into their own marketing and leverage opportunities for featuring partners on their channels
Participate in the growth and optimization of scalable partner marketing programs in the EMEA market
Help position our client as a champion for SMBs and PartnersRequired Experience

Marketing manager with several years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in partner marketing
B2B Marketing experience, preferrably within the SMB segment
Global Operator with a track record in working across multiple geographies. Multilingual in either FR,IT & DE advantageous
Execution across multiple markets with programs that have been scalable yet locally nuanced.
Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions with users at the centre.
Creative / Copywriting / content marketing experience valued
E-Commerce or Payments experience valued
