Job Summary

An exciting opportunity to join Certitude as a Change Manager as we continue to grow as London’s leading adult social care provider.

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 30 / 37.5 hours
Job Type: Fixed Term – Part time / Full time (18 Months)
Location: Balham/Ealing Offices, with option to work flexibly from home

About the role

Working within the Transformation team, the role of a Change Manager is to enable the delivery of the transformation programme. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with significant experience managing programmes of change within the social care sector.

Duties will include:

- Establishing and delivering the overall change programme for this transformation programme, applying structured change management processes and tools to create and deliver the change strategy
- Partnering with project leads to provide tailored change management support within project teams
- Managing change through people across the organisation looking to maximise adoption and usage
- Documenting and tracking the business outcomes and benefits that have been factored into the project, integrating them into the business change plan
- Identifying the opportunities and risks to change and put in place the required interventions to ensure successful outcomes

About you

To be a Change Manager at Certitude, the following are essential:

- A deep understanding of change management approaches, theory and how people react to change and the proven experience of utilising these to deliver and embed change
- Proven experience of successfully delivering the people elements of change on large and complex change initiatives
- End to end experience of designing and delivering change and embedding into business-as-usual
- The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, through collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Experience of delivering benefits from a change programme
- Experience of identifying and managing people risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
