Planner with a background in change management and nuclear experience. The key information is as follows:

Location – Hybrid

How frequently in office/site – Local Office/London Office – Rare Site near Reading

Client / Project – Neptune – Security Clearance to at least BPSS is required for this role.

Start date –   ASAP                       

Duration – Project Duration till December 2024

Full time / Part time / adhoc – Full Time

IR35 – Inside

Rate - Flexible

Hours/day – 7.5 – 37.5/wk

Description of the role/Additional information –

Commercial Strategy Implementation Plan (CSIP) Scope, logic, interfaces and resource identification, build and baseline the Programme and underpinning Project Plans (estimated 9).
Procurement Plans continued development in line with the Commercial Pipeline / POAP and any future developments and alignment to the CSIP Plan as required to ensure latest approved timeframes are live in the plan within a two-week window.
Ongoing monitoring of Plans through liaison with the Commercial teams (both Pre & Post), CSIP and other concerned parties.
Change Management to Plans in accordance with Change Procedures for approved items and “what-if” scenarios as requested by the CSIP Project Manager or Commercial Management Office (CMO) Lead.
Develop weekly / monthly and Adhoc reports to show the progress, any variances, resource curves, etc. for the plans identified above.
Identify and develop an Interface Control Manual related to the deliverables identified within the CSIP Scope of Work with the draft and final transfer of data being based upon the Project/Programme plan dates and kept updated after every update (frequency of update to be agreed by CSIP PM).
Produce One-off plans as required and identified by the CSIP Project Manager or Commercial Management Office (CMO) Lead.
Liaise with the AWE and FMC PMO to ensure alignment with latest “best practice” ways of working and process / procedures in line with a Nuclear and Project/Programmes Controls Subject Matter Experts (SME) knowledge (10+ years).
Assist with the development of the current and any future Fragnets
