Key Responsibilities:

As a Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

Conducting process mapping and end-to-end service reviews to identify inefficiencies, delays, and duplication.

A strong track record of working closely with managers and frontline operational leaders.
Demonstrated experience within complex programmes of organisational change, including post-merger, TUPE, or service integration contexts.
Practical understanding of outcomes-based approaches and performance management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to translate improvement theory into simple, actionable tools and processes.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience in bus operations, transport services, or regulated operational settings.
Background in supporting or coordinating technical or operational training programmes.
