Change & Transition Lead – Salesforce Transformation
Contract | Hybrid | Reading | 12 Months
We are seeking an experienced Change & Transition Lead to drive business adoption and operational readiness across a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme within a regulated environment.
This role will lead the people, process, and operational change activities supporting enterprise transformation, ensuring successful adoption of new customer and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end change and transition strategy
* Drive operational readiness and business adoption
* Deliver stakeholder engagement across Digital, Product, Operations, and Change teams
* Manage communications, training, governance, and readiness activities
* Support Agile and iterative delivery cycles
* Track adoption, benefits realisation, and change impact
* Ensure smooth transition into live operational environments
Required Experience
* Proven experience in change management, business readiness, or transformation delivery
* Strong background in Salesforce transformation or enterprise CRM programmes
* Experience within utilities, energy, telecoms, infrastructure, or other regulated sectors
* Expertise in stakeholder management and operational transition
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
* Experience delivering customer-centric transformation programmes
Desirable
* Salesforce platform transformation experience
* Utilities or water industry exposure
* Benefits realisation and change impact assessment
* Prosci or change management certification
