Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key ambassador for HACT, promoting the organisation's aims and raising its national profile.

- Inspire and lead the board in fulfilling its responsibility for the strategic direction and good governance of the charity.

- Provide appropriate challenge and support to the CEO and staff, ensuring the organisation continues to thrive.

Desired Experience:

- Experienced senior social housing executive with in-depth knowledge of the sector.

- Skilled at empowering and getting the best out of people.

- Proven experience in chairpersonship and leading strategic initiatives.

- Inspirational and supportive leader who can guide HACT through its next phase of growth and innovation.
