Centre Manager 

Our client, a successful fast-fit centre in Aberystwyth, is seeking a proven automotive leader to manage the day-to-day operation of the business, delivering excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and efficient workshop throughput.

This is a hands-on management role where the Centre Manager will lead both front-of-house and workshop operations.

Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver consistent results
Drive sales performance and maximise customer conversion opportunities
Manage the daily operation of the centre across customer-facing and workshop departments
Allocate jobs efficiently to ensure maximum workshop productivity
Maintain effective stock control and accurate stock management processes
Ensure workshop equipment is maintained and operated safely
Uphold high standards of customer service, health and safety, and operational compliance
Take responsibility for the security of stock, equipment, and centre assetsRequirements of a Centre Manager:

Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar automotive management role
Strong commercial mindset with experience working towards sales and performance targets
Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment
Knowledge of automotive health and safety requirements
Excellent leadership, organisation, and customer service skills
