Centre Manager - £40,000 - Service Centre - Reading Area - 5 day week
As a Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager who will manage the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on role; our Centre Managers also spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.
They will be willing to Technicians OR Senior Service Ad visors that would be able to demonstrate the ability to lead in the workshop and hit targets under pressure.
The ideal candidate for this Centre Manager position:
