Description:
Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced manager who can drive strong financial results, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Pay / salary: Up to £40,000 basic per annum, plus performance-based bonus]
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and alternating (1 in 2) Saturdays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Skills and experience
Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
Job Responsibilities for the Centre Manager role
Manage the daily operations of the centre and coordinate workload to achieve business targets efficiently
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards across the centre
Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 staff, including technicians and front-of-house colleagues
Drive sales performance, maximise revenue opportunities and manage overall centre profitability
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including stock control, stock security, cost control and operational standards
Maintain centre presentation and company standards
Monitor centre performance and implement improvements where needed
