The Client:
Our client are a bright and vibrant new opening in the Isle of Wight. A modern café serving up a fresh, seasonal menu with a takeaway service available.
This is a growing concept with a new stunning restaurant opening alongside the café.
The client will have a core team of 4 plus waiting staff and oversee a busy takaway hatch and 50/60 cover restaurant once fully open...
Requirements
As a key member of the team/ Chef you will have Qualifications relevant to the position.
The successful candidate should additionally have the following:
· In-depth understanding of volume, quality restaurant kitchen operations.
· Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry
· Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation
