Description:

A well-known consultancy is currently in the market for a hungry and ambitious CDM Advisor to join their growing team based in Leeds.

The company is currently looking to grow their CDM team to meet the increased demand across sites in the UK. This is a fantastic fit for a motivated CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer with aspirations to work across a variety of sectors.

The CDM Advisor will be motivated, determined, and ideally come from 2/3 years' experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.

The Junior CDM Advisor's Role

• Provide a CDM Advisor service to clients

• Provide advice to ensure the client complies with CDM Regulations 2015

• Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans

• Assist Senior members of the team

• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
