CCDO Project Manager

Description:

Caddy Group are looking for a CCDO Project Manager to join our growing client. the successful candidate will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially effective delivery of demolition contracts from pre-start through to completion. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong demolition knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

· A valid CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card

· A minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a demolition management role

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the demolition industry.

· Strong practical knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing and site operations

· Good understanding of health & safety requirements within the demolition industry

· Experience managing demolition site teams and subcontractors

· Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities

· Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

· Full UK driving licence

· Ability and willingness to travel to sites throughout, Kent, London, Essex and Surrey.
