We're looking for a talented Flight Coordinator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of excellent customer service skills.

The Role:
As the Flight Coordinator you'll report to the Operations Manager and will be primarily responsible for work in a team and work well under pressure and in new environments on a daily basis. Preparing adequate handover to crew by submitting all paperwork, brief on menu changes, spml’s requests etc. Controlling the truck after offloading, matching amount of loaded and offloaded carts. Working with transport department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts. You will be communicating and working closely with Crew Members on aircrafts to confirm all delivered goods are correct.
In the job you'll be tasked with ensuring all airline products are to specification and working under time pressures to ensure that your workload is completed on time for ensuring that customers’ needs are met and that they are satisfied. Your workload will differ day to day and you will be expected to communicate and seek support when required. Your challenge will be to anticipate when that will be.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Flight Coordinator role will have relevant experience of excellent customer service skills.
You'll also need experience of the ability to work calmly under pressure as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Full driving license for this job
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A flexible attitude and a team player
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work as part of a team
- Well presented
- Able to provide 5 years work history (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
- Prepared to undergo a UK criminal check
- Flexible
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, undertake a CRC (Criminal Record Check) and provide 5 years of checkable referencing history. For anytime spent outside the UK exceeding 6 months, you must be able to provide a CRC (Criminal Record Check) for that country.
