Description:
We are looking for a confident Field Service Engineer who has experience with industrial catering equipment. You will be travelling to customer sites fixing a range of equipment contained in commercial kitchen, bar and restaurant everything from the ice dispenser, refrigerators to industrial ovens. Working for this growing privately owned business covering the North East, you ideally with be situated in or around Durham.
Responding to breakdowns and proactive maintenance duties you will need to be confident in your abilities and lead from the front delivering an excellent customer service.
The role as a Field Service Engineer:
Working predominantly Monday – Friday 8am- 4.30pm
Providing both a reactive and preventative maintenance
Due to the nature of the business sometimes an earlier start or later finish will be required.
Based from home
Hours are classified as door to door any hours above 40 per week will be paid for.
On call every third week. Skills and qualifications required to be a Field Service Engineer:
COMCAT 1, 3, 5LPG
18th Edition
F gas would be an advantage
Experience in maintenance and repair of catering equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits of this Field Service Engineer role:
Monday – Friday, 40 hour week (operationally 7am-11pm)
Call out 1:3 weekends
Basic salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Van, tools, fuel card
Call out bonus
Over time paid Saturday 1.5x Sunday 2x
