Margaret's Tea Rooms
We are seeking an experienced and friendly catering assistant with cooking skills to join our independent and high class cafe and childrens play business. We are located in Swaffham market place. We provide a family cafe with great food. Breakfasts, lunch, including soups, quiches and panini's etc., and great cakes, afternoon teas and party food including stone baked pizza for eat in and take away are all part of our offer. There is some la carte food and also some counter service.
We are looking for a person who has a track record of catering to a high standard, quality is very important to us. The successful candidate will be well organised, hard working, flexible and enthisiastic and enjoy working with with the staff team customers.
Duties Cooking along side experienced team members, serving and waiting. . Food Health & Safety recording and hygiene are very important to us and must be maintained to the highest standard.
The role is flexible in terms of hours but will typically be 20-30hours per week depending on the shift and will include some weekends, we are not open generally in the evening except for the ocassional event.
