Description:
Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic, global business based in the Goole area as they look for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join their team on a 6 month temporary basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Food preparation to support production of menu items
Sandwich and salad preparation
Counter preparation for service
Serving customers as required
Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed at all times
Ensure Health and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to at all times
Report all safety issues
Ensure the kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy
Delivery services across site as required
Pot washing and deep cleans
Person Specification:
Previous experience in catering
A good working knowledge of health and safety with safety as a value
Good communication skills
Excellent team player
‘Can do’ attitude
Full driving license
Level 2 Food Safety qualification preferred.
