TEMPORARY CATERING ASSISTANT – NURSERY SETTING
Location: Epsom area
£12.71 per hour
06:30 – 14:30
Monday – Friday
Immediate Start
We’re looking for a reliable Catering Assistant to join a nursery catering team on a temporary basis.
You’ll be supporting the kitchen team with the daily preparation and service of meals and snacks for approximately 50 nursery children.
Duties include:
Assisting with basic food preparation
Supporting breakfast, lunch, snacks and tea service
Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
Washing up and general kitchen duties
Supporting with stock and kitchen porter duties
Following food safety and allergen proceduresRequirements:
Enhanced DBS required
Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred
Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Non-slip shoes required
