Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to begin work at a hopsital in the Cardiff area.

Abou the job:

* Monday to Friday 7am-6:30pm shift pattern

* £11.44 per hour (weekly pay)

* Responsible for providing a high - quality catering service In line with local operational procedures and work schedules.

* Communicate information relating to food service to users both verbally and by telephone.

* Notifying management and administration on any discrepancies from receipt to distribution of catering supplies.

* Organise own day to day work tasks or activities.

* Reporting details of faults and failures of equipment /fabric of the building to management.

* Responsible for accepting food in line with department working instructions and using own initiative while complying with all food safety guidelines.

* Temperature recording of chilled and frozen food.

* Lifting and storing of provisions.

About you:

* Good general level of education

* Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2

* Food Allergens Training

* Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)

* Experience of working within Hotel & Catering industry and/or Facilities Management sector (Desirable)

* Avaliable to start work ASAP

* Local to Cardiff
