Elvet Recruitment is proud to be working with an award-winning Northumberland housebuilder to recruit a Casual Sales Executive to support developments across the region during a busy sales period between June and September. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for flexible work within the property sector.
Our client is known for delivering high-quality homes in desirable locations across Northumberland, combining modern living with exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey. Due to increased activity across their developments, they are looking for a professional and adaptable Sales Executive to provide holiday cover and support the existing sales team during peak trading periods.
As a Casual Sales Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience from initial enquiry through to reservation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the sales team across developments throughout Northumberland
* Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers both in person and over the phone
* Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a high standard of service
* Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting with the progression of reservations and sales administration
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
* Ensuring sales offices and show homes are presented to a high standard at all times
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
* Providing holiday cover during busy periods between June and September
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience within new build property sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between developments
Role Information:
* Casual / Temporary position
* Holiday cover between June and September (possibility to extend after this date)
* Developments based across Northumberland
* Day rate – DOE
* Flexible working arrangements available
