* Maintain food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures
* Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately using basic math skills
* Keep the workspace clean and organised by regularly sanitising surfaces, equipment, and dining areas
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimise wait times
Experience
* Previous barista experience is essential
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
* Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
* Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts
