Case Manager
South Hams District
£16/hr
Full time: 37/hrs a week
Start date: ASAP
AKTON Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Case Manager in the South Hams District area.
This role is currently a 3 month temporary position working in the parking back office for South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough. The candidate will be working closely with 4 other team members and will have strong line management support. No experience required as full training will be provided but the candidate must have excellent literacy skills and a good understanding of ICT.
Duties
1. To run the associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
2. Manage the Do-Not-Reply Parking inbox - this is mostly reports covered by the work on the above spreadsheets , but also includes forwarding on/archiving other reports
3. Answering general enquiries.
4. Responding to first stage challenges.
5. Downloading and sending all our letters to Post Room for dispatch daily
